Charming Wooden Eco-House

Our charming wooden Eco-house was built in the summer of 2017. It is situated between the villages Sougia (3 km) and Moni, in unspoiled nature in an olive grove on a hill, surrounded by mountains and with a distant sea view.

Offering peacefulness, yet very near to the crystal clear waters of the Libyan Gulf and all the amenities of Sougia village. As the house is surrounded by several acres of olive trees, in a very quiet environment, completely private, it is a perfect spot for people looking for true relaxation, silence and privacy.

The house is completely made of wood and electricity is provided through solar energy. The complete house comprises a large living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. In one bedroom you find a double bed (140 x 200 cm). In the second bedroom there is a single bed which can easily be converted into a double bed (160 x 200 cm). All beds come with double orthopaedic mattresses. There is an extra storage room . The house can sleep 2 - 4 persons (approx 53 sqm).

Our house is available all year round.

PRICES (per day)

95 Euro Minimum stay 4 nights. The price above is per night for 2 persons. An extra charge of 10 Euro is payable for each extra person. Contact us for reservation enquiries
