The restaurant is for sale with all its contents at a price of Euro 60.000.
The monthly rent is Euro 1500.

  Livikon comprises 5 areas

• Covered terrace on the beach side - 150 sq.m
• Covered terrace to the side of the restaurant - 170 sq.m
• Inside area is 150 sq.m in size. There is some seating and an approximately 40 sq.m kitchen (all in stainless steel to suit current health regulations), a bar, toilets and some fridges
• At the back of the building there is an additional 50 sq.m kitchen that can be used for cooking for functions up to 500 persons
• At the back of the building there is a large storage areas for storing chairs and tables when the restaurant is closed
